Founders Story

As a mom of two, I experienced firsthand how difficult it was to reenter the workforce after taking time off to raise my kids. And as a recruiter, I’ve seen how brilliant, capable women are passed over simply because they chose to take time off to focus on their families. That’s why I launched RelauncHer: to bridge the gap between talents moms who are ready to work and companies that need their skillset.
